[Cl...]
Programming off-line. Why do my actual and nominal not match?
[Ja...]
One reason could be that the nominal diameter has been modified manually but the CAD model's diameter is what the actual result shows. Regardless, the actual result will always show the CAD model dimension if that feature is linked to CAD model.

[Ri...]
Please sign in to view this quote. What do you mean "Linked to a CAD model"? I have never seen this happen before either.
[Ni...]
Go to Extra > Settings > Measurement > Nominal The roundoff measure might be set to .010. Change it to the lowest number and try again.
[To...]
Please sign in to view this quote. Would that make the nominal value .360? When extracting features from CAD model, the rounding settings do not apply.
[Ja...]
Please sign in to view this quote. Features extracted from CAD model are linked to it. So whenever you select a feature, it gets highlighted on the model. After extraction, you can change the nominals manually and the feature will still stay linked to the model. So the actual readings you get after simulation run will reflect the original CAD dimensions and not the modified nominal.

[Cl...]
What is "dispersion" and where do I find it?
[To...]
Please sign in to view this quote. Dispersion adds user controlled deviation data. You can find it in Extras > Settings > Measurement > Simulation However, if dispersion was active, you'd see random data in the actuals of X, Y, Z, not just the diameter. [Ri...]
Please sign in to view this quote. I can change the nominal of a selected CAD feature (Circle for this example), change the nominal to any value and it will report that value regardless of what the model initially configured. I can do this on a system with or without planner (Live system in simulation mode). It's been this way for over a decade. This is why I asked what is meant by "Linked". [Cl...]
Please sign in to view this quote. Found it and turned it off. That did the trick. Thanks! BTW, this is a new problem and I'm the only one with access to my planner seat. So I have no idea how that got turned on?
[To...]
Please sign in to view this quote. I'm still baffled that only the diameter was affected by the dispersion being on. In your original post, the X, Y and Z actual values remained unchanged, there's 0.00000 form error and deviation.
[No...]
Please sign in to view this quote. In theory, if the values entered for dispersion are low enough such a result is possible. The deviations calculated would then be smaller than the decimal places displayed. But I agree, this is highly unlikely.
