Question Box after Program Run

Over the last few weeks, I have been randomly getting a question box that pops up after the program finishes, forcing you to select "Yes" or "No" before processing the report. Please take a look at the attached pictures. Do you happen to have any clue what is causing this and how to eliminate it?

The first one has a few causes. Poor programming practices where you're manually calculating via formulas and then using the results somewhere else in the program without creating proper dependencies and having it lost through many, many secondary alignments so even Calypso can't figure out what features actually need to run and therefore that feature did not run and now at calculation it's realized that it needs it... but that's a very specific issue I doubt other programmers run into.

More likely you're sharing that program in one way or another and the actuals got overwritten during the run. It'll happen if you're trying to run from a network location and two CMMs try to run it at the same time. Or if you open/Save/Close the program from an offline seat while the program is running on a live machine.

I doubt it is poor programming because this is a 2+ year-old program that never had issues. However, it was recently moved from an OI543 to a Contura, so that could be the issue.
