Different alligments / bestfit

Hello,
I meassure elements in different coordinate systems each and then recall them into free form surface. Then I need to do bestfit, which coordinate system is used then? Lets say I allow movement in X and Y, but direction is specified by what? Base alligment?

Is the print calling out profile back to datum's? I believe that you
can only use the best-fit option when no datums are in the FCF.

If the callouts are form only then use the alignment that's created in the best-fit.

I would say feature's alignment will be used ( that where you are recalling all points )
