[Mi...]
Per the screenshot.. I need to call out this 0.2mm rad but im running into a wall trying to do that. How do I get a rad reading on this scan? Tried dropping in a circle/recall points but the probe gets funky and drops off the radius....

Is your screenshot an actual result from this? Looks pretty good to me.

[To...]
Please sign in to view this quote. Sorry, if I am going over the obvious... Create circle. Select Recall Feature Points. (If you had a longer curve that covered other features outside of the radius, you would need to select only the points at the radius) but since your curve appears to be "only the radius", then you can use all of the points from the curve. So, I still don't see where or how you could be having a problem. Confirm the ID/OD switch is set correctly in the circle.
[Ke...]
For a situation like this you may need to create an alignment at the theoretical corner using the two linear portions coming into and out of the radius, to help target and make the recall points boxing follow its actual location, so the your recall is actually the radius and not shifted and grabbing the flats.
