RPS alignment question

Having trouble setting up an RPS alignment on a casting. The drawing has 6 datum points. The first four are on a cylinder to control spatial, the fifth controls rotation of the cylinder (planar) and the sixth controls translation.

Is it possible to use a 321 alignment in this instance? Or only freeform?

I vaguely remember that the difference between 3D-Bestfit and RPS is that RPS devides the point deviations into components (for each degree of freedom) and 3D-Bestfit always tries to fit the points in all axes at the same time.
