Measurement Plan could not be loaded

Good afternoon folks,

It has happened twice in the last two weeks and I think I've found out why but when I go to load a program, an error message pops up and says "Measurement Plan could not be loaded" and is stuck at the 2,7 in loading terms that pops up in the "Ready" area of Calypso.

Due to the amount of programming I've done, I am hoping to figure out the issue and recover the program. I believe the issue is when I disconnect from ethernet and then try and save the program on WiFi, because both times the error pops up immediately after.

Does anyone have any solutions to a fix?

I'd definitely keep a copy of the program's on the the computer hard-drive and or a large removable external solid-state (expensive) Hard-drive .
I don't run off a network just for that reason you've encountered.
You can also make large programs easier to load by going to file and choosing the load settings. There you can choose for it to load without the cad model, without the actuals and other settings.

I think that when you save programs, Calypso more or less wipes the saved copy before it re-writes the one that's loaded. If you time your network changes just so, you can get Calypso to nuke the program on the network drive and then fail to save out the data. I have had this happen at least once, because we run from the network. As Owen explained, it's not a good idea. Calypso doesn't handle network changes or interruptions well.

Sorry Jeff, the program has already been restored from a previous version (thank goodness). If it happens again, I will send you a program.

Thank you
