The actuals on my characteristics don't match the results printed out on pi-web

I am finding that several characteristics do not match from what's being reported in characteristics and what is coming out as actuals on my Pi-Web report. This is very concerning as one says the roundness is .0011 which it was and Pi-Web said it was .0004.
I have several others that are off .0001-.0002 as well.

I have seen some odd occurrences where characteristics get a corrupted link to CALYPSO after being copy/pasted several times and the old links in the database still exist.
Try deleting the PiWeb database for that particular part (or just moving/removing it from the folder) and re running. This forces PiWeb to create a new database. Verify dimensions.

The process of going through the bindings in the database to find the improper characteristics can be quite tedious. If you do not need to store the database for reference data, this is the easier solution.
