Calling all internal spline people

I'm looking for probe recommendation's for internal splines. It has a minor diameter of 19.15mm. I was thinking a good star probe but most are too big for what I need.

What do my internal spline people use to probe this?

Since you're thinking star probe I assume you can't just probe it with a large ruby parallel to the axis of the spline?

If not and you have no rotary table, a small star system, or discs if XT would be the best solution.

Would have to know what the part looks like

Edit: I think I made the wrong assumption that you are only trying to measure the Minor Diameter...

Unthreaded stylii on holders like these may give you more clearance. I've had our machinists lathe off a milli or two when needed.

You can stack multiple holders, perhaps with cone adapters, to really flex that Medusa effect.
