Piweb Reporting with Calypso 7.6 is not working

Hello commmunity,
Let me explain my problem and in that way may be we can find a solution.

I just have uploaded our machines to Calypso 2023 (licence 7.6).
We have several machines, but only the newest one, the planner, it's working well when we want to show the results with Piweb Report.
When we want to generate some report from any CMM, it appears the next message ("The task was cancelled"). And this is a problem due to, in this new version of Calypso, the 7.6, it was discontinued the "Presentation Protocol", leave us only the option of "Compact Protocol" that it would be step back with our progress in the topyc of presentation of reports
I have already checked the version of Piweb Reporting App in the Planner (where Piweb is working) in comparisson with one of the CMM (where Piweb is not working) and they are the same (Piweb Reporting Plus 2023)

If someone had the same experience and could solve it please help me with this.
