[Ke...] Posted November 28, 2023 Share Posted November 28, 2023 Do you remove and replace the calibration sphere, or is it kept in the same location on the machine continuously? You can also look into the reference sphere management, it may be possible to reduce the Shaft Radius slightly and get it to run. Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...
[Na...] Posted November 28, 2023 Author Share Posted November 28, 2023 The reference sphere is always located in the same position on our bed. When we try to qualify the RDS styli, it gave us error 1215. We tried giving Zeiss a call and they said we likely need to replace the probe.
