RDS Stylus not Calibrating

We ran our calibration this week and now our RDS Stylus won't qualify. Calypso says there is insufficient data to qualify, and sigma shows outs from our expected range.

Do you remove and replace the calibration sphere, or is it kept in the same location on the machine continuously?
You can also look into the reference sphere management, it may be possible to reduce the Shaft Radius slightly and get it to run.

The reference sphere is always located in the same position on our bed. When we try to qualify the RDS styli, it gave us error 1215. We tried giving Zeiss a call and they said we likely need to replace the probe. I also tried resetting the master probe as it has in the knowledge bases but the RDS probe is the only one having an issue.
