[db...] Posted June 5, 2023 Share Posted June 5, 2023 Hello everyone, Somebody knows if is possible to acquire an option like floating liceses on the server? Currently we have more than 50 monitor licenses and 2 for designer and planner also we moved on from sbs to enterprise on the shopfloor and at the factory but we need some licences for some processes engineeres that they not need the full access every day and every hour so Im wondering if is possible a similar option like (Dataloop). For example the main 50 lic installed on the shopfloor computer for operators and some 20 for engineering and process. Gracias! [An...] Posted June 20, 2023 Share Posted June 20, 2023 Good afternoon, Yes, there is an option for Floating Licensing, with one caveat. Existing licenses cannot be converted into floating licenses. The only licenses that would be floating would be any new licenses added. We purchased our first floting license the last month and works very good, we are planning to adding more licences for engineers in this mode.
