User defined header data

I have calypso 2023 version, My user defined header data not getting saved, each time I evaluate any program the header data resets to its default value, hence I have to enter header data again and again each time, it is very irritates to me. in older version I had used (calypso 2014) this problem was not there. Is everybody facing the same issue? please give any solution

If you're using the same Custom report you used in 2014, I believe Zeiss quit supporting the custom report in version 2022 (?). They're basically forcing everybody to use the pi-web reporting tool, which after at least 6-8 years of development, is a nice reporting tool for basic stuff. You have to buy the advanced stuff. 😱

Custom printout is still available in Calypso 2023 version, Although I m using pi-Web since 2022, but header issue is in both type of reports

You have to open PiWeb editor to edit your protocol.
Open settings where you select desired PiWeb protocol and click "pencil icon" to open PiWeb editor.

Are you using userfields.ini? Then delete the line defaultValue=...

I think PiWeb has its own training course.
Locky for me, my current company is a prototype shop, so we don't do any SPC data gathering. any report will do as its just printed and attached to the router and physically sent down the line. But my former employer is going to be screwed when they upgrade to 2023, and all the work i did for 10 years to streamline their WinSPC data gathering, for probably two hundred or so high volume parts is going to implode.
I'm sure they're going to backdate to 2021 and never move forward from there.
