SHOWING DIFFRENT RESULTS FOR SAME DATA AND SAME PROGRAM IN 2022 AND 2023 VERSION (ONLY FOR 'CALIPER DISTANCE')

I have one program, when I run it in calypso 2023 version the 'caliper distance' characteristics shows 0.2 mm distance. I saved all points of this program and opened same program in Calypso 2022 version then I recalled that saved points in it. when I evaluated same point in same program only the version is different, then that caliper distance showing 0.01 mm distance.
Why this much deviation is there?
Is Calypso made changes in calculation method of caliper distance?

Are you using any filtering or outlier elimination in the 2023 program? I think recalling feature points includes all points, even ones that were filtered out.

I've seen a bug in 2023 where the Subsequent Evaluation doesn't apply Filter and Outlier Elimination. Was really frustrating.

I believe he's talking about Save/Load Measured points, not Recall Feature Points.

I'm not experienced with 2023 but I do know it builds datums differently for GD&T Position, and Caliper Distance is relative to a coordinate system so I would guess that one is building the datums as per ISO 5459 by default and the other is not.

If I am right, or close, that means you will most likely have to actually run the program in both versions, and not save points from one version and load in the other, I've even had issues doing that from versions 6.6 to 6.8,

Same problem arrived even when I ran same program in other version. I also cross checked that value on Mitutoyo cmm & found that value in 2023 version is wrong because Mitutoyo cmm value matched with 2022 version value.
