Simultaneous req. - different orientation

Hello,

Got a question about simultaneous requirement per ASME 2009 when the same datums are present and no clocking datum.
Does it apply when the holes are to the same datums, but some are on the top of the flange and some are side holes?
See below:

If the holes in fact need to be evaluated at the same time, how I would create a DRF?

For these situations, you should use geometry best fit alignment to lock orientation using all the features that reference A-B alignment. Note: that this GBF is dependent on the chosen reference alignment and evaluation constraints used.
Then this GBF can be used as alignment in the characteristics of individual features.

Yes. The simultaneous requirement is invoked for any position and Profile tolerances that have the same datum references, in the same order of precedence, and at the same boundary conditions. There are exceptions to the rule such as lower segments of composite tolerances or notes that break the requirement.

Long story short, for your drawing; yes those tolerances with datum feature references "[A|B]" are all subject to the simultaneous requirement.
