[Ja...]
Years ago, I used QC-Calc at another job, and they had a dashboard that showed the last 20 or so parts ran with either Green, yellow or red background. You would click on the box witht he job you are looking for and it would open the report up. Is there anything liek that in PiWeb?
[La...]
Hi Jake, PiWeb Reporting Plus has a very similar dashboard. Open up PiWeb Reporting Plus, click the inspection plan of interest in the left sidebar. Choose the Dashboard report from the right pane. Voila (page 7)
[Br...]
Where is Pi web getting the min max values for the statistical parameters for the line plots on page 2? Where would I go to change or set these parameters?
[Ja...]
Please sign in to view this quote. Sorry for the long delay, this fell off my radar. I don't have PiWeb Reporting Plus licenses, so I was hoping to find something that would work through Monitor. Something showing the last 20-24 parts ran, with either Green Yellow, or Red coloration, and when you click on the icon, it opened up a specific PiWeb report. [La...]
Well, without PiWeb Reporting Plus licenses, you'll only be able to view the data of the last 10 parts. But you could use a Line Plot in a Characteristic table set to Grid layout in properties to replicate the QC-calc style layout. Set the properties of the Line Plot to change the way the plots look (background colour, dot size, line colour, etc etc)
[Ja...]
The last 10 parts is fine, it will give us a real time look at how the parts are running without having to open PiWeb monitor. I plan on using a 27" monitor displaying just the Dashboard, being setup in two places. The first being the center of QA lab, and the other in the front office by the GM's office. [Jo...]
Hello Jake, For this you would need at least an SBS solution of PiWeb. Reporting is only intended to be a local solution, meaning results are only visible locally at the CMM. For reporting at different locations / using dashboards you would need a network solution which sounds like it would better address what you are looking to do.
