Probe Files

Hello everyone,
How do you import and export probe files?

Go into Probing System Qualification window and open Stylus System Management (First icon on left at top)

Select the stylus system you want to export and click Export at lower right. This will create a probe configuration file (.pcf), which can be imported elsewhere.

To import one, click Import and navigate to where pcf file is stored and select it.

[[Be...]]

in 2024 it is "stylus system management" window that you need to go to.  If I go to "Probing system qualification" there is no button to get to the "stylus system management".
