[Ma...] Posted August 3, 2022 Share Posted August 3, 2022 I have some older measurement plans that I want to put into the pinned menu in the recently opened measurement plans. Since the older programs do not show up, I have tried opening the program, saving it and it does not show up in the recently opened measurement plan. I have also noticed the dates on the ones that are there, show future dates like 8/22/22. Has anyone run across this or have any fixes? [Ma...] Posted October 16, 2023 Share Posted October 16, 2023 Good Afternoon, It has been a year plus now from original post and using the same 2022 version (7.4xx) We have the same Issue as the original post states. We use multiple programs a day and go back and forth sometimes and would like to be able to see the recently used plans. I thought it caused by the IT department increasing security. Mine is usually blank but sometimes pulls up random programs like the ones calibration techs use. [Ke...] Posted October 19, 2023 Share Posted October 19, 2023 Jason, Calypso 2019 uses a different system (I may be mistaken but I believe it just piggybacks Windows file explorer) for finding and opening files than newer versions such as '22 and '23 so I don't believe this solution will help with your issue. Unfortunately I do not have a suggestion for how to fix your issue, other than the standards: Upgrade to a newer version or service pack(if available), or open a helpdesk ticket for assistance (cic.metrology.us@zeiss.com or 1-800-327-9735) Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...
