[No...] Posted October 11, 2023 Share Posted October 11, 2023 In the last four weeks I received three notifications about private messages, but each time my inbox was empty. By clicking on the Notifications link I can see the message topics, but when trying to open them, I always get the message "You are not authorised to read private messages that are on hold" What's going on here? Looks like forum bug. edit: Or most likely some of your PM folders are full (there is not a lot of space dedicated). You can try to delete older ones and recheck if newer opens then.
