[Ca...]
Hello, I am analysing a bush (see picture) and I would like to know the height profile over the entire circumference. I am able to obtain the height at different points by selecting them one by one, but is it possible to get the entire profile at once? I have the same question for the thickness of the bush at a certain height. Thanks in advance. Best regards, Caroline
[No...]
For the thickness at a height, I would think that a "caliper" check would work best. probably reducing the diameter to as small as possible. As for the profile, and I am not sure it possible as I have not tried it but, perhaps you could create a plane of the individual points and then ask for the profile of that. [Ty...]
For the thickness of the bush at a height you can use create a single section at the desired height then construct a circle in that section. Once the circle is constructed use the measuring principle "fitting element" and then you can measure the diameter of that circle. As for the overall height profile I would say that you should use a curve on the top, however it appears that you are missing quite a bit of data up there.
