Unhandeled Exception #actualProbe

Has anyone had this error and what did you do about it?

This is a new program from CAD and i just started with the base alignment and tried running it and get the System Error after probing for a manual run to test the alignment. As soon as i get my alignment probed and the machine starts CNC mode, rotates the head and craps out right after the head rotates to the position of the first feature.

I just upgraded the computer and downloaded the current version. I've tried rebooting both computer and controller. Ran an old program, created a quick new one manually and they both ran fine. Tried this one again, same result.

Download Service Pack and most current patch for 7.6.04 (7.6.0406). This was a known issue and addressed recently in 7.6.0402.

332611 The error message "Message not understood: #actualProbe" appears if the RDS
has to slew at the beginning of a test plan.


Restart PC > Install Patch > Restart PC and Reboot CMM controller > Open CALYPSO

If you do not see a change after applying Patch, please email SW Help Desk for your region with this screenshot and an error-report.
