Profiles on plane with compound angles

Having an issue with some profile callouts. There are 2 sets of pads that are angled in two vectors, only one of the angles are called out on the print. The rear set of pads are called back to A-B with A being a plane and B is a bore that perpendicular to A. There is also a profile callout to 2 surfaces indicating J and H. I have taken that to mean check J to H and H to J but these two faces are at opposite or inverted angles to each other. The profile nominals almost never repeat and I am got even sure what the correct nominal would be. The front pads have a similar issue with the front pads being called back to the rear pads. Has anyone ran into an issue like this before? I feel like because the planes aren't at the same angles the profiles don't know of the accurately calculated.

For the callouts of surfaces J&H, the top frame is the Pattern Locating Tolerance Zone Framework (PLTZF), The PLTZF locates the pattern to the datum reference frame. The middle frame is the Feature Relating Tolerance Zone Framework (FRTZF), This refines the location and orientation of the pattern itself. The bottom frame is simply form to itself. J & H are being checked back to A&B. You should extract these surfaces as Free Form Surfaces.
