Change of position in Secondary alignment of CAd Model

I have a program with a base alignment with the CAD model. I need to make a secondary alignment and the CAD rotates when making this secondary alignment. Is there a way to do this?

If you are not using FF then you can manually rotate CAD model, but it's not necessarily.

It is because I am generating programs in three different positions to take different readings and I generate the same base alignment in three different positions since it is impossible to dimension due to the geometry of the piece, which is why I am forced to rotate the fixture in three positions to take my dimensions. The problem is that I need the CAD model to rotate as well since I have to evaluate profiles and I need the CAD model
