[Ri...] Posted September 22, 2023 Author Share Posted September 22, 2023 We were missing a file at new install and setup. "rotcar.caa" This fixed the issue of not having Fitting Position enabled. However, they are still working on why the Fitting Position fails. It failed 5 out of ten attempts. [Er...] Posted October 15 Share Posted October 15 They replaced our C99 Controller (hard drive decided to give out after 16 years) but I see I have the same problem you described. Did you end up re-installing everything or did they find the file for you to add? SOunds like I am going to have make a call.
