[Ke...] Posted August 31, 2023 Share Posted August 31, 2023 Ok... here is a fun one: I have 2 CMMs - One has this 142GB "scp.log" file that was (somehow) created yesterday The other CMM does *not* have any "scp.log" file in the identical location. Should I presume that I can delete this file safely? How would I have accidentally created this HUMONGOUS file?? [Ri...] Posted August 31, 2023 Share Posted August 31, 2023 In task Manager, under Services you can find the entry for "Sentinel Cloud Plugin Service For carlzeissag". If its running you can temporarily stop it so you can rename the file. On my system, this is not running, it shows as "Stopped". Unfortunately, I'm still having the same issue (the scp.log file is 168GB now...) even after uninstalling, deleting the file, and installing the new version. When I left on Friday I had 50GB of space on the C Drive. When I got in this morning, I had less than 2GB of space left (due to scp.log file growth) I upgraded the software on our two CMMs and the Planner station, and only the ACCURA CMM is having this issue... [Je...] Posted September 21, 2023 Share Posted September 21, 2023 Coincidentally, another (completely new) version of ZLMT was just released. I would attempt this resolution method again. Restart the PC and do not start CALYPSO before uninstall/install. If it does not resolve the issue, please do put in a ticket. The issue is not likely related to your GearPro installation.
