We just trained several new people on how to operate, but their name is not located in the drop down of available operators. I am looking for advice on how to add new operators. [Na...] Posted March 2, 2022 Share Posted March 2, 2022 Hello Adam, it should work in any case if you log in as the user you want to degrade to a Kiosk user and chose "Adjust currently logged in user to kiosk user".
