Probe path issues

Hello all,
So I'm programming a radius in the Y axis and the probe keeps running the length of the cylinder before getting to the actual circle path and it crashes no matter how I try to stop it. I've used sub clearance planes, go to points to try and stop it from running the length before probing but it always goes back to the original path that is running through the part. I have a picture of the simulation and it's really frustrating to deal with. Anyone know of any work arounds for this? In the image the probe comes from the rear (inside the part) over to the circle, then back through the part before going up in Z again. [img]

Try setting your Clearance Distance to 0.

Hi Richard,
That did it (boy do I feel dumb). Then again I haven't been trained on Calypso since 2000-2001 lol. Thanks very much for the help!
I may have to pitch for some modern training.
