Styli wanders off while running in loop.

Hello,

Im new to Zeiss equipment and I am struggling a bit. I noticed this morning that I had a profile that was coming out over tolerance and growing each time I ran the program. So I ran it in a loop 5 times and on the 5th time it missed the location and broke the .5mm styli. It drifted towards X+. What would cause this? I just had a Zeiss tech out to calibrate this machine last month on the 17th. Any help will be apreciated.

We have here active senzor ( Vast XT ) and while we are scanning curves, where differs nominals vs measured, then machine is trying to compensate diff to speed up closer to nominal.

We had here carbon electrode where whole model was offset by 0,9mm - in Z it was ok, but sides were off - so when it was reaching from sides to straight plane it was rushing really fast.

In your case - we don't know what sensor you have and if your loop is only repeating or it is like loop in base alignment with minor adjustments done by measuring and evaluating.
