Has anybody upgraded recently if so how did you get a license number. When you go the page for license manager its blank. Make sure you are using the new Zeiss License Management Tool ( Download from the website), the old one no longer works. Otherwise yes you'll likely need to contact support. I had to call the hotline, and they were available on the Zeiss portal within a couple of hours and all my installs went fine.
