Officially the compatibility is tested from ZEISS acc. to the information in the release information documents of CALYPSO and GEAR PRO. A proper communication between CALYPSO and GEAR PRO is only guaranteed with the mention versions in those documents. The official compatibility is CALYPSO version +/- one GEAR PRO version (or the other way round). The "best" case is that the release versions are matching. E.g. CALYPSO 2022 is compatible with GEAR PRO 2022, 2021, 2023. E.g. GEAR PRO 2022 is compatible with CALYPSO 2022, 2021, 2023. Keith, <our example GEAR PRO 2023 with CALYPSO 2021 will work well (... but is not officially tested and guaranteed). In trouble you can get when you have e.g. CALYPSO 2023 and GEAR PRO 2015.
