[Ke...]
If I have a measurement plan on file, and I wanted to know who wrote it or which plant it came from originally: Is there a file within the measurement plan that I can open to see who wrote the program or (at the very least) which CMM it was written on, as that would narrow it down. [Cr...]
Resources - Measurement Plan Information. That will give you the operator and CMM the program was created on.
[Ke...]
Check in the startfile file in the program folder with a text editor (I prefer notepad++ for this), some of that information may be in there, depending on if they wrote it offline or on machine, if they were logged in as a unique user or master, etc.
[Ri...]
Please sign in to view this quote. Info for above quote. "dmesn 000000" This is the CMM serial number, "000000" is Planner (Offline). If you keep a list of CMM serial numbers (last 6 digits, you should be able to track it). "operid" If you use names for operators, this will be where to find that info, otherwise it may say "Master" or "User", etc. "dmeid Prismo" This is the type of CMM. Another file to look at is "protheadpara".
