I'm running 2023 and I haven't used SCpoint for quite some time. The 45 degree point seems to snap the vector angle to machine axis every time I try to touch off... There are a few vector calculators searchable online. I believe I usually set up a secondary alignment - set the point to that and just set it to "Probe In Normal Direction", for odd angles.
