SSC Probes Origin in Incorrect Location

Afternoon all.

I'm currently having issues when programming offline and importing new SSC files for probes.
After creating a probe and importing in in to CALYPSO, the centre of the probes origin (the centre of a ruby, disc etc) is showing at around the centre of the baseplate.
I've managed to fumble my way through this issue, by offsetting the coordinates to the correct location as stated on the automatically created PDF.

How do I prevent this from happening? What am I doing wrong?

See examples attached.

Any help on this will be greatly appreciated.

Is the image in Calypso, before or after you made corrections? If before, are you confusing the origin of the stylus with the origin of the model/base alignment? What happens when you run the simulation?

When you view the Geometry of the imported Stylus System in "Stylus System Properties", what does it show for the location of the stylus as compared to the MasterProbe?

The SSC info looks correct pre-import but it appears something may be getting imported incorrectly or applied to the stylus system properties improperly.

Are you qualifying your Ref Sphere, MP or any styli in Simulation? What version of SSC and what version of CALYPSO are you using?

In this case, it is before the shifts are made. However, it doesn't seem to work with this particular config for some reason.

I've tried using the masterprobe in simulation and referencing a MP etc. doesn't help.
We're using CALYPSO v7.2 and the Stylus System Creator is v1.7.7459.
It states Application Compatibility Mode CALYPSO version 2.685. Do you think this could be the issue?

I am assuming you are on Windows 10. Make sure the most recent SP is installed for CALYPSO 7.2 (7.2.20).

Did you review the stylus system properties for locations vs MP?
