How do we send Zeiss about the BUG for Calypso 7.4.12

What do you mean by "incorrectly"?

The first thing I would do is make sure I have the latest service pack. Then, I try to see if I can consistently reproduce the error on my system and any other system I might have. When I can reproduce the error, I call the Zeiss hotline and report the error. Zeiss will test the issue to see if they can verify your findings. Then, they will contact Germany and then they will schedule the fix for a future service pack.
