Calypso Dongle - Serial Number lost any way to find out with the Dongle?

Hello guys,

have a bit of a special problem (at least for me), got from oversea where we closed a facility 4 Calypso Offline Stations with for sure Licensed Calypso and Software on it, but the Computer didnt survive the transport.

So i have here only 4 Dongles on my Desk which i can stick for sure in the PC and the Red light is working and i can read the MARX = xxxxxx Number, i asked at Zeiss if they can provide me License file for this dongles, but they said they need the Serial Number as well, but for sure they didnt told me how to figure out.

So i have only the Blank dongle out of the PC, No Sticker on it, No Paper, nothing. Is there a way to find the Serial Number out with the License Manager oder linked to the MARX Number?

This would be really helpful to me..

HDDs did not survived? If no, then i am affraid you get nothing. If ZEISS don't have some utility to retrieve ID of dongle, then they can not link dongle with licence.

Thank you for your answer, yeah.. but to be honest im wondering about.
HDDs are no longer accessable, for sure to get the .lic file would be the easiest way. 🙂
I found 3 Serial Numbers, but i cant link them to the dongle, but i guess Zeiss can help me then again.

As we have a maintenance contract i guess it should be possible to figure out which one is which one.. (some how... 🙂)
