Done the basic and advanced Calypso courses and don’t recall ever been taught this, asked a colleague and they don’t remember been taught it either. There is a "Sensor Cookbook" from Zeiss that briefly and concisely describes how to apply and measure probes. It also describes how to calibrate and create trays. Try to obtain this book from your Zeiss support/sales. I have here only the German version of 4th edition 11/2020. The number Zeiss part number is 600033-2021-01.
