Over the years we had become friends, sharing work stories over the phone with a few beers. He taught my basic class, many many years ago. He was a great guy. I will miss him greatly.

Wow, what a shock. I got a lot of very good CMM advice from Richard. A true wealth of knowledge. Yes, he will be missed here.
