Updating Alignments for all users

We have a program where the alignment was changed under the Master login but when we run it with a different user in autorun it still reverts back to the old alignment. We've saved the alignment to the program and pallet in autorun. When logged into the new user it shows that it's updated but still reverts back.

This is irritating since it's made us question if changes we make are applied across the board on all other programs now.

UPDATE:

Somehow the program was changed to inch from MM for only the users. I made sure it was saved in metric under the Master login and that users don't have save program privileges and rebooted the program. That seemed to work. Weird glitch in the Matrix I guess.
