Is there a way to do this UZ Profile shift

I have a part that the customer has decided to shift the shape to be .35mm smaller radially. They said they are not changing the print or cad model for this change. I have done unilateral tolerancing before but not a shift like they are calling. The shape is almost round but has many radii callouts, hence the profile.

Do I just have our engineers adjust the shape of the model to the shift and go from there?

Any help would be greatly appreciated.

I would think you could do something like in the image attached.
