[Za...]
Has anyone ever run into an issue with their Secondary Alignment causing items using that alignment to go to the wrong coordinates? The only time I've ever seen this happen is when the nominal points/path are off in space somewhere, but my nominals are right where they should be on the cad according to the secondary alignment and the probe is trying to go through my part. I'm going to have to end up doing caliper distances to report these locations, but I figured I'd ask here to see if there's anyway around this? To start off, the CAD model is already off on some features (.5/1.0/1.5mm diff from print).
[Ri...]
My first guess's would be your tertiary feature. What axis is it setting in your alignment? Is it the correct type of feature for a tertiary?

The .stp is 3x as large in file size as the previous model that was used (I'm actually recreating a program from scratch on this one) and the nominals didn't match. Unfortunately I finished the program before figuring out the issue. I'm reverting back to an old model now that seems to have the correct data, hopefully this one works.
