Unhandled Exception: Key not Found - Reporting

Good Morning/Noon/Evening

I am having trouble generating a PDF report....worked fine before, but I have since reviewed a few characteristics and made some changes in terms of result calculation. I haven't changed the results directory or naming convention, but I now can't output a report.
Would be greatly appreciated if someone could assist! Please see attached screen shots.

It appears there may be a corruption in the PiWeb database apparently due to a name that was entered with characters that are not allowed.

Easiest solution is to delete the PiWeb database for this particular part (or rename/move it to a different directory as a temporary check).

You may be able to go into the *.dfs or *.dfm file via PiWeb Reporting Plus or Designer to remove that particular data set but it will be difficult to locate.

It was two dash's used around a letter: "-G-"
Once that was edited to "G" and the database deleted (Its an offline seat, the database isn't needed) the error went away.
