How do I measure or produce a result on Calypso report for the 0.0025/25.4 Sq Feature. Is there something special I must do?

Currently I am just doing the Reference Flatness Characteristic and calling out the worse point...Prob not the right way to do that but it works.

You would use a Reference Flatness with a 25.4x25.4 setting for this Zonal Flatness call out. You can adjust how the reporting is handled (only the worst, all zones that are out, or all zones), as well as settings about how the zones are calculated(this is in the "Input Parameter" window. I would recommend consulting the user guide for more information on these settings, it does a relatively good job of explaining)2915_b75692d873213e293c70704bc59f400c.png

Ok. I use the Flat Ref characteristic already and just use the single worst point. I'll try adding the input section next. Thanks all.

I have questions regarding syntax. The flatness reference is a refinement of total flatness. I'm not sure about the CF note. Shouldn't the continuous feature be ALL the shaded areas, and the Ref. refinement be underneath ?

In ASME it designates Continuous Feature. Alternate control would be a profile tolerance to keep those surfaces "tied" together. I just thought the multiple single segment usage was odd, although probably legal, for flatness..We don't have the full print.
