Everything is handled by PiWeb which can be accessed from the Multiple Report button on the Measurement tab. Because I had a lot of information in custom printout, like order no., tool ID, pallet ID, machine etc. From there it generated two files ".hdr" and ".hcr" and these two files I used for statistics in another software. PiWeb can handle any data collection, i.e. order no., tool ID, pallet ID, etc. You'll just need to turn them on in the multiple report window. Table files can still be produced for your SPC software. Not sure what else may need to happen but if you contact the Zeiss hotline, I'm sure they can assist you.
