Running Subsequent Evaluations ignore PCM to generate my reports?

Subsequent Evaluations (SE) is ignoring PCM that generates my reports?
This means I have to run an SE and then run it through a second time to generate my reports.
Why do I have to go thru this extra step?
The program itself takes approximately 3 minutes to calculate via an SE. I have 35 parts.
That alone is 105 minutes of time.
Now I have to double the amount of time to run the data again after an SE to generate reports.
This is a waist of time.

Its bad enough that running an SE interrupts the naming used for report generation from PCM programs, as the SE data takes over the Incremental Partbinc value.
This creates Excel files with a generic name instead of the intended name, which I have to manually rename for saving.

At the start and end of all CMM programs these PCM files are used.
inspection_start_pcm.txt
calculation_end_pcm.txt
measurement_end_pcm.txt
report_end_pcm.txt

These are our normal PCM programs that generate custom reports, names of reports, etc...

In Subsequent Evaluation mode, the only PCM file being activated appears to be "measurement_end_pcm.txt".
All others are ignored.
