[As...] Posted June 16, 2023 Share Posted June 16, 2023 Just upgraded from Calypso 2021 7.2 version to Calypso 2022 7.4 version. Got my company's IT dept. do the installation and copy all the measuring plans and what not from older versions. After the installation was complete, I tried running the 7.4 2022 version but I get an error once I open Calypso. If go to my old measuring plans and open them, I get another error like this: Unhandled exception: message not understood. #highestNavigatorVersion and it does not open any measuring plan. Moreover, I hovered to see my stylus systems, I do not find any of mine from the old version. There are like 3 generic ones but I cannot find anything else. Should I be installing a service pack or just call Zeiss to figure this out? Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...
[Je...] Posted June 19, 2023 Share Posted June 19, 2023 I had problems updating to this version, too. I called Zeiss service, it´s pretty expensive so it´s their job imho. In my case we had to copy the config- folder from c:\programdata\zeiss\calypso 7.2 into ...\calypso 7.4. Before we renamed the original config folder to config.old instead of deleting it, just for safety. Maybe this works for you, too. Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...
