Separate CAD Model

Before we used Single fixture for a part.. Now we were made a new fixture that can run 4 parts at a time. For that we have planned to make a Single program for those all 4 parts. Now I loaded same cad model for 4 times and transformed it on particular distance to fit for fixture. But the problem is when I extract a any feature in one CAD model, Calypso will extracts all 4 model's feature as a Single one.. How should I separate the CAD modules in Single program

Is your intention to measure 4 of the same part in 1 fixture on the machine, or 1 of each of 4 different part types in a fixture?
Do you wish to run the same program and miniplan(in other words, acquire the same data) for each of the 4 parts?

I have well known on Autorun and Macro.. I did many programs on those in my past.. But they (Autorun & Macros) have some negativity also now we try to do some new method like group run. For that we need to separate the cad model right now.. I ll mention below that i felt negativity's of Autorun & Macros

Autorun :-
--> I using Rack system CMM.. For my program 3 stylus need to be change.. If I do with Autorun the stylus changing time will increase the program time. Also I can't check form error in this method..

Macros :-
--> If I go with Macros I ll save time a lot.. But here also I can't see the form error.. Also some opertators said that macro was little confusing

Now I were added the CAD photos

Contact your AMS representative for " CALYPSO Pallet Optimizer". There is a CALYPSO module that improves the performance of Autorun and allows you to run any number of currently loaded parts in Autorun under a single stylus before changing to the next stylus.

IE; Currently you run:
Part_1 - Stylus_1, *change*
Stylus_2, *change*
Stylus_3; *change*
Part_2 - Stylus_1, *change*
Stylus_2, *change*
Stylus_3; *change*
Part_3 - Stylus_1, *change*
Stylus_2, *change*
Stylus_3; *change*
Part_4 - Stylus_1, *change*
Stylus_2, *change*
Stylus_3; *change*
(12 stylus changes)

w/ Pallet Optimizer:
Stylus_1 - Part_1, Part_2, Part_3, Part_4; *change*
Stylus_2 - Part_1, Part_2, Part_3, Part_4; *change*
Stylus_3 - Part_1, Part_2, Part_3, Part_4; *change*
(3 stylus changes)

This is a SIGNIFICANT cycle-time improvement in a production environment.

Have you used any healing functions after loading the CAD models? Don't do that, as some of them will turn the 4 models into one single "block". The only post processing functions you're allowed to use are "delete free lines and points" and "unite elements with same geometry" (both may actually be named a bit different in English Calypso, but you'll know it when you see it).
