How do you specify conicity?

My question is, how to apply the equivalent of of Calypso's "Form" error to a part drawing to provide a control similar in function to GD&T cylindricity but for a cone?

I would like to achieve separate tolerances for the included angle, true position, and form error or conicity of the cone.

Maybe you can do a total run out minus position = form?
