Adding output comments to report

Good Day,
I am trying to add comments to my output reports that will provide actions based upon results. For instance, if a diameter shows over or undersize, I'd like to add a comment stating "Verify with plug gage". How do I add a comment to PIWeb? I'm currently using a default_compressed report.

default_compressed isn't a PiWeb Reporting template, it's a Custom Printout. Start with using StandardProtocol.ptx. Then you can use conditions to drive actions. Custom printouts don't have that capability.
