no Excel report/ error "required excel 2000 or greater"

Hello all,

We have Calypso 7.2.1204 and Microsoft Office 365. It used to output the excel reports with the same software versions (Calypso and Excel) but now it doesn't and shows the "excel reporting feature requires Microsoft excel version 2000 or greater" instead. The problem started after I had replaced the "Characteristic.xlt" file in C:\Zeiss\Calypso\home\om\excel_report
I replaced the file because it was overwritten by someone.

Another problem is when we start Excel 365, it boots up with the reportini file open and I cannot make it open up without opening that template.

Thank's a lot if you can help, I have tried many things already like replacing the excel templates in C:\Zeiss\Calypso\home\om\excel_report with files from a computer that works.

The files our CMM uses are found in the directory C:\Users\Pulic\Public Documents\Zeiss\Calypso\Data\excel_report so maybe replacing the files with the ones that worked here may fix the problem.

Thanks for the suggestion, but I just tried it and I get the same results.
