Slot perpendicularity to plane

I have a slot with round ends on a plane with 2 separate perpendicularity callout, one on the width one on the length.
How would you measure this?

A wild guess - each controls one axis perpendicular to?

I could not find where to select the axis.
I found it now under changing the shape of zone.

By selecting secondary feature you can specify direction - can be theoretical feature

Measure 2 side planes of the slot, get a symmetry out of the 2 planes, use this symmetry on perpendicularity, 1st callout.
Measure 2 round ends as a cylinder, get a symmetry out of 2 cylinders, use this symmetry on perpendicularity, 2nd callout.
Or 2 circles with different heights on each end then recall those in a cylinder.
